I will readdress this once the Magic and Bucks ridiculous flurry of moves settles down. Essentially, your average at each rating from 1992 is subtracted from your average at each rating from 1993. What it doesn't take into account is minutes per game. Meaning, each player is given the same weight. Pivot table adds up the ratings and averages them based on the number of guys on your team. Take this with a grain of salt.
