Nba league pass update for everyone on their edge of their seats waiting for one. Sat on hold for 40 mins on the phone tonight while simultaneously waiting in live chat. Got an error message twice on live chat saying no agents available after sitting in chat room for over 20 mins each time. Never spoke to anyone have yet to watch an nba game on league pass. Rant over...carry on my wayward son

So it wasn't far fetched when I said I heard NBA League Pass sucks.... Mine works fine now. It was just the first night; customer service does suck though. Product isn't bad except night 1. |

I use to have the same problem until I started doing that and I haven't had any mess ups since. On phone I don't think the "BBCode" is an option to click on before you post. |
