With the third pick in the 1996 Draft, it belongs to the Toronto Raptors via the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs finished last season at 27-55. Via Protection rules, it heads back to the San Antonio Spurs

Beating the Warriors and Pacers in the final sim put me in a three way tie at 6-8 instead of a two-way tie at 5-6. After the tiebreaker shuffle, that takes me from what could have been 5 at worst to 8. SMH. Still should get a quality player though.

OTOH The Spurs jump means the Raptors lost a top pick. They got it worse.
