I got Central...
12/12 - Clippers @ Twolves
The T'Wolves have been hapless defensively this season (last in the league in defensive FG%) and the Clippers are one of the best-shooting teams in the league. Webber's great post D won't mean a thing against Terry Mills' three-point bombing. Even on the road, I have to go with the CLIPPERS.
12/14 - Warriors @ Wizards
The Wizards' great strengths are rebounding, blocks, and threes. The Warriors are even better at rebounding and blocks (but not as good at threes). The difference here is the Wizards have nobody to even slow down Kemp (no, Causewell won't slow him down). Again, I'll take the road WARRIORS.
12/14 - Grizzlies @ Nets
The Grizzlies are scuffling hard as the fearsome foursome of Daughtry, Gatling, Davis, and Anthony has not worked out quite as expected... and you can lay most of that blame on Anthony, whose 11 ppg and 4 apg are not nearly worth the over $5 million he's getting paid. The Nets have the big bodies to throw at Daughtry and Gatling at home, and Reggie Lewis, Isaiah Rider, and Pooh-schnickens should exploit the Grizz backcourt. Give me the NETS.
12/15 - Spurs @ Blazers
The Blazers are 9-2 at home, the Spurs are 4-9 on the road. Barring an injury earlier in the sim, the pick should be the BLAZERS.
12/17 - Rockets @ Mavericks
None of the Rockets' guards is shooting straight this season - even Hersey Hawkins' shooting eye has gone south. Against a bigger Mavs backcourt, and on the road, don't expect them to suddenly get the touch back. The Rockets to find a shooter that hasn't lost his touch after this sim (and 60 days) elapses. Unless Shaq decides he's going for 50, this game will belong to the MAVERICKS.
12/19 - Raptors @ Bucks
The Raptors play a trapping defense and a steady offense to generate possessions through turnover differential. The Bucks, though, take pretty good care of the ball and should hammer the Raptors on the boards, particularly at home. Recent hot streak notwithstanding, the Raptors know there are more rebounds in a typical game than turnovers so I think the victory goes to the BUCKS.
WILDCARD: 12/20 - Nuggets @ Blazers
Denver's Quest for Kobe (do they even WANT Kobe in Denver?) should continue nicely as they can expect to get curbstomped by the BLAZERS.

I got Midwest
12/12 Clippers @ Twolves - I think this is the SIM the timberwolves start to turn it around. Look for them to get an impressive win against the formidable Clips. WOLVES WIN
12/14 Warriors @ Wizards - Even though this wizards team is looking legit this season I'll have to go with the Kemps. Nothing is going to slow this train. WARRIORS WIN ON ROAD
12/14 Grizzlies @ Nets - This is truly a hard one to pick. Which team is worse? Which team sucks more? Which team should simply move to Europe for disgracing our beautiful sport of basketball? We may never know the answer to these questions. What we do know is that the home team has an advantage in an equally sucky matchup. I'll go with the shitty Nets. NETS WIN
12/15 Spurs @ Blazers - Spurs should be better. Simply put. On paper I'd pick the Spurs. But they've been struggling early and I don't see them getting a big road win like this. I do think they will improve greatly from the first few months, but I have to give this one to the home team. BLAZERS WIN
12/17 Rockets @ Mavericks - This one is pretty easy. Rockets are struggling, and Mavericks are at home. I did over hear the Mavs front office say they wish Houston would quit pussyfootin around and give them some real competition in the division. That's what I heard. MAVS WIN
12/19 Raptors @ Bucks - Bucks have been streaky thus far. This one is truly a toss up. Raptors had some streakiness themselves this season. My gut is saying Raptors will win, but I'm also hungry so there's that. BUCKS WIN A CLOSE ONE
Wild card 12/15 nuggets @ Bucks - BUCKS WIN BY 37.

atl
12/12 Clippers @ Twolves - unless webber has a huge game, i don't see the wolves taking this one. clips
12/14 Warriors @ Wizards - theres no stopping kemp in this one so warriors take it easily on the road
12/14 Grizzlies @ Nets - nets backcourt takes a huge dump on griz here
12/15 Spurs @ Blazers - blazers are on a hot streak while spurs are inconsistent. blaze take the home win
12/17 Rockets @ Mavericks - i can't see the rockets beating the mavs at home. just stop shaq from having a big game, and its an easy win for macs
12/19 Raptors @ Bucks - seriously can't decide. i guess id go raps if mutombo would still be out, but with him back, i think they take it behind finley.
Wild card 12/15 nuggets @ Bucks - i mean come on.
