11/13 Spurs @ Rockets
Rockets and Spurs are very closely matched and if you dig deeper the Rockets average 102 at home and the Spurs average 102 on the road. I take the Spurs with a late second basket by Todd Day for the win.
11/14 Twolves @ Clippers
3 words, THE DREAM AT HOME...wait that was 4 but I still take the Clippers at home even though the young T'wolves make it close.
11/16 Knicks @ Magic
David Robinson will get his but it wont be enough for the re-vamped Magic at home.
11/17 Celtics @ Mavs
Rematch of the finals last season and I'll go with the defending champs too. Mavs are all in this season but they are some still sons of bitches.
11/19 Sonics @ Pacers Mike Iuzzolino and the surprising Sonic visit Stacy Augmon and his Pacers. Pacers are usually very tough at home and I think that will continue here.
11/23 Raptors @ Hornets Both teams will need this to keep up with the Hawks and Bucks so I'll take Tom Gugliotta & Mookie Blaylock at home.
**WILDCARD** 11/19 Bulls @ Magic Magic with too much of Kidd and Jones combo

11/13 Spurs @ Rockets = Spurs. While Houston is undefeated at home so far and has the Shaq monster with them, he's been a little slow out of the gate. I like the balance that the Spurs have and have played about half less of what the Rockets have had and could use that rest to their advantage. I think we'll get a big show from Dale Davis, Wallace and Big Dog to neutralize Shaq. I'll go Spurs in an upset.
11/14 Twolves @ Clippers = Clippers. Wolves are still trying to figure out how their team will mesh on the road with the new acquisitions from the off season while Spreewell and the Clippers have bolted out west to a strong mark through 8 games in the crowded field. Hakeem might just be the newest pearl to get this team to really make a difference.
11/16 Knicks @ Magic = Knicks. I like the newest additions to what the Magic did in taking in a shooter in Reggie Miller to play with Jason Kidd and Eddie Jones. I'll take the best player on the court though and that's a virtual MVP candidate every year in David OP Robinson. I learned the hard way in the playoffs. 11/17 Celtics @ Mavs = Celtics. Rematch of the NBA Finals. The Celtics are virtually the same powerhouse we've known for the last few years while the Mavs changed there team dramatically in the offseason just to get under the cap. Barkley took a significant hit in TC (as expected) but with Penny being the bright spot for the Mavs, idk if that's enough to slow down the reigning NBA Champs.
11/19 Sonics @ Pacers = Sonics. I've taken alot of road teams this sim but I really do think that Seattle's super stretch will continue. Doug Christie And Vin Baker I predict will have a big game to pull off the road win. Stacey Augmon will get his but will Willis and Dell Curry be able to get there's?
11/23 Raptors @ Hornets = Hornets. I predicted the Raptors to win this division but where is there offense coming from? I don't expect either squad to hit 100 but I think Gugs and Mookie will be enough of a spark to get a home win against another divisional foe.
Wildcard 11/19 Nuggets @ Rockets = Rockets. No Larry Bird. No Wins and Shaq. The Kobe sweepsteaks has its front runner. I expect the Nuggets to continue to lose and the Rockets to pick up a fairly easy W.

11/13 Spurs @ Rockets The Rockets had a weak start by their standards, and the Spurs are just above 500. I think Shaquille bounces back and the Rockets take this at home. Rockets
11/14 Twolves @ Clippers These are two teams with some stellar players, but I have to go with the Clips at home. Clippers
11/16 Knicks @ Magic Despite the talent CG garnered in the offseason, I think the Knicks have more veteran presence. David Robinson will lead the Knicks to a road victory.Knicks
11/17 Celtics @ Mavs This is a difficult one to predict (both are powerhouses), but my gut tells me that Sensai has the best team by a wide margin this season. His team is built for a 3peat, and I think he takes this game at the AAC. Celtics
11/19 Sonics @ Pacers MY TEAM DOES THE IMPOSSIBLE AND TAKES ONE FROM CASTLE BLACK AND THE MIGHTY JON SNOW. SONICS
11/23 Raptors @ Hornets Gugliotta is just too good for the new look Toronto Soundwaves. Hornets
Wildcard: 11/21/25 Bucks @ Pistons I say the young guns take one from the Pistons. Bucks

11/13 Spurs @ Rockets: Rockets are notoriously poor performers in the first sim only and usually respond well in the second sim. Plus San Antonio is the rectum of Texas. Rockets are undefeated at home. Mr Uter has them ranked number two in the preseason polls. They're gonna show why in this game.
11/14 Twolves @ Clippers: T-Wolves are expected to be a Western Contender this season according to Mr. Uter who has them picked number 3 in the preseason polls. Clippers have upgraded their frontcourt with Hakeem and are 5-0 at home. They're contending for the Pacific. Expect the Clippers to take this one.
11/16 Knicks @ Magic: The Magic have improved overall and are an early Eastern Contender. Knicks have started off well, but are not quite as deep as last season. Go with the Magic at home. Magic were ranked number three in the East according to Mr. Uter.
11/17 Celtics @ Mavs: The Mavs round up the top 5 in Mr. Uter's poll joining fellow Midwest heavyweights in the Rockets and TWolves. They started 5-2 despite massively changing their roster. The Celtics only had 4 games in the first sim, but they averaged 27.4 in point differential. They're stacked and cohesive. Hard to pick against them right now, but I'm going with the Mavs to steal one in Dallas.
11/19 Sonics @ Pacers: The Sonics were a borderline top ten team in Mr. Uter's poll while the Pacers were ranked 19th. However the Pacers have started off 5-3 thanks to strong performances at home and a strong perimeter group. The Sonics are beasting defensively and that carries over on the road. However my gut says the Pacers will take this one.
11/23 Raptors @ Hornets: Two Central division contenders trying to improve from disappointing starts. Both teams are equal in talent overall. I think the Raptors will improve this sim, but I like the Hornets to win this particular battle at the Hive.
Wild card 11/19 Nuggets at Rockets: The Nuggets stole a road victory in Houston late in the season which potentially was the difference in the Rockets finishing 2nd in the Midwest and 3rd in the West. This is the first time the Nuggets return to Houston since that upset victory. Rockets are looking to bounce back this sim and should win convincingly.
